Record sheets
A record sheet is a printed sheet of the work a crew recorded in Easement. Each layout fits one kind of work, and a sheet leaves out anything that was not recorded, so it never prints blank rows. The office downloads sheets from the Record Sheets page.
Examples
Each example is filled in with sample work for a made-up company.
- General Work Sheet
The all-purpose record for any kind of task, printing whatever the task recorded and leaving out anything it did not.

For pipe work between two structures, such as replacements, bursts, point repairs, and bores, styled like a camera inspection report with the segment drawn to scale.

More record sheet types
These record sheet types are built into Easement. A company turns one on by loading its packet, a small file that names the layout.
- Structure Record
One sheet for each structure, such as a valve, hydrant, meter vault, storm inlet, or handhole, collecting every piece of work done there with dates, recorded details, and photos.

How to load one
In Easement, open Record Sheets, choose Load a record sheet type, and pick the file you downloaded. Its name is filled in for you. Rename it if you like, then choose Create to add it to your reports.
